Karate Kid and Iron Fist

Back in the 70's when Karate was in and Bruce Lee was god, Karate Kid and Iron Fist were also popular characters in comics. I remember whenever I had the chance to go with my parents to Greenhills in San Juan where comics and other magazines were open and free to read. It was the 70's man. I would dig the lot and look for 'Power Man and Iron Fist' or look for 'Legion of Superheroes'.

Karate kid and Iron Fist had the same raised collar like Dr. Strange and other mystic characters and they are both skilled in several martial arts skills. They don't use weapons or armor at the time, just their skill and will to defeat the enemy.

Iron Fist's tattoo was cool but the plunging V neck is a bit drafty. However, his weapon of choice was his own fist which hardens like iron and can punch through metal or stone like Agent Smith of the Matrix. Karate kid is from the future who mastered a lot of skills and can break metal robots with his bare hands while fighting side-by-side with Superboy. It's a good thing they brought back Karate Kid and Iron Fist in the mainstream: Karate Kid (Legion of Superheroes, JLA, JSA), Iron Fist (Marvel Civil War). I didn't like the solo comeback they made for Iron Fist last time. I hope they make a better story this time if ever.
